Why is making a change so hard?
Have you ever tried to make a major life change and you really wanted to make that change but then fell right back into your old habitual behavior?
I feel like at some point and time this has happened to everyone. I know for the longest time I really wanted to change, I made a plan to make that change, I even set up the dates in the calendar...I started and then I fell off into my same old habitual behavior.
And, do you know what separates the person who has achieved success compared to the person who doesn't? Well, it's their habits.
Are your daily habits producing the results you want?
The majority of our habits were learned when we were 0-7 years old. That's the time in life when our subconscious is wide open and we're learning to map our behavior to what we see around us. If you're anything like me, the behavior I saw around me wasn't ideal to living a fulfilled, successful, happiness driven life. It was just what I saw and I interpreted it as my normal.
So, as follows, I went down the path of depression, lack, addiction (that was my childhood surroundings) and it wasn't until I learned that in order to get new results in life I had to first rewire my thinking.
It all starts with the way you think. How you think about yourself. How you think about your self worth... whether that be in love, finance, or business. How you think about your future and what you spend your days thinking about. And don't forget, science tells us we think 60-70,000 thoughts a day and 95% of those are the same thoughts we thought yesterday.
It takes work and commitment to make a change but let me tell you the change is worth it. I love taking my clients through this process and I love picking apart each area of my own life until it's exactly how I envisioned it.
The dream you have inside of you is there for a reason. If you weren't capable of achieving it, it wouldn't be within you.
