One key factor to our success is our unique ability to assess talent. Unlike popular personality tests and psychometric surveys that are conducted toward the end of an engagement, our predictive assessment leverages a proprietary 5-phase methodology that is applied real-time, at all search phases, revealing personality trending patterns and a composite profile. Real-time assessment molds a search and points to where focus should be applied. By design, our 5-phase methodology identifies professionals with the necessary mindset to execute business strategy, be cultural fits, and fulfill leadership’s vision for talent strategy. Real-time assessment also provides individual insights and the ability to cross-reference candidates’ strengths against each other in a parallel comparison presented in our industry first, Redmond Read? Report.
...is a highly predictive outcome that has delighted candidates and clients alike over the course of more than 1,000 engagements since our founding in 1991.

5 年Thank you Steve Glaiser and Diana Rodriguez (DRod) (great to see you!). You both bring up very relevant and important comments. Seems like the more things change, the more things stay the same! QUESTION to you both and others visiting:? Is today’s highly complex and chaotic environment causing leaders to hold tighter to things they know are outdated and don’t serve their purpose anymore? Is the perception that the risks associated with change are way too high (even if they drive better outcomes)? Is the problem found in an information overloaded environment where “indifference” now pervades- maybe there is no choice OR is it because many don’t know the difference or don’t care to know the difference? I would genuinely appreciate your valuable insights on this.? I’m confident this ripples thru in so many unproductive ways in today's work environment. My sense is we all want more. What’s more, we know where to begin, but may have an unrealistic view of the actual risks at hand. Somehow, we need to break this cycle of futility.

5 年Being out here in the thick of Silicon Valley, I've been an active audience member to a "show" that presents an interesting wrinkle. I've always wondered why those who are best positioned, and capable, of benefiting from Redmond Research are constantly doing something that is, ohhh, I don't know, counterintuitive? Except with my wife and best friends who know my history, I've never asked this out loud: why is it VCs shelter, and seem to further rely upon, their failed portfolio execs resulting in a house of wayward EIRs? Post-destruction and deconstruction of a startup leaves many a shattered vessel. Many have experienced the shrapnel spray, the collateral damage to all within range, resulting in a great wave of detritus that covers what's ultimately the best path forward to future success. Honestly, the ultimate rise from the ashes can be found in those plain, undecorated, discarded, run-of-the-mill old sugar bowls ... that's right, renegades ... ? ? ? ? Plain == level headed and practical ? ? ? ? Undecorated == not flashy or outwardly confrontational ? ? ? ? Discarded == basically, the forgotten ? ? ? ? Run-Of-The-Mill == seems to fit "just right"; no hard edges; found on dollar store shelves ? ? ? ? Sugar Bowl == lots of sweetness for that bitter "cup 'o coffee" known as challenges Anyway ... just wondering out loud on another old post of yours, Steve Diedrick?...? ?:) (((? listening to Rainbow: Man on the Silver Mountain ++ Dio: Rainbow In The Dark? )))
