Why LinkedIn Why?
My first LinkedIn newsletter was published 2 years ago.?
Published means,I only published it…lol.?
After more than 100 newsletters and over 2K subscriptions, I have come to this belief that LinkedIn Newsletters have nothing special to offer.?
Neither to the reader who can anyways read your posts directly on LinkedIn, nor to the writer who can simply write posts on LinkedIn with better ease and flexibility.?
A recent survey (sample size is small but substantial for a small account like mine) also confirms this.?
See the result :
Not many are interested in LinkedIn Newsletter.?
Please bear with me for saying LinkedIn Newsletter every time because newsletters on direct emails and platforms like Substack are doing good. So the distinction.?
What should I do next??
Don’t worry I will not ask you to respond to this, I have come up with a solution which I will share with you here.?
I will not delete the Newsletter (yes yes I mean LinkedIn Newsletter). Rather, I will use it to curate some of my “Best” posts from across platforms.?
A few good tweets, videos at times, interesting comments, infographics etc.?
Doing so, we continue with our relationship here and also it will not be just another post pushed as a newsletter.?
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for being a gentle reader.?
Keep learning and most importantly, keep unlearning. :)
