Jobs

This platform not only allows you to see who's hiring and apply for jobs but you have the option to connect with hiring managers, HR and recruiters, etc. There is help for those in need when it comes to the interview process and more. Just about everything you can think of when it comes to help with employment is available right here on LinkedIn.

Business

One of my duty's in life is to let my light shine. LinkedIn is #1 in my opinion because this platform allows me to connect with so many people and spread positivity.

As an experienced entrepreneur, I can meet clients and spread the word about my services and the services of others. I give and get support from other entrepreneur and business owners. So much "free" information is passed along right here on this social media site. I suggest business owners and entrepreneurs sign up and take advantage of the support being shown here. I can't stress enough of the importance of using this platform as a tool to help grow and strengthen your business needs.

Motivation

From time to time I may get discouraged, and log on to LinkedIn and I may see a powerful motivating quote. Their are many people who spread kindness and joy. We all may need to be uplifted from time to time and this is the perfect place to get it.

Networking/Connections

The biggest reason I enjoy LinkedIn is because we are allowed to network. I have made several friends in many different countries. I talk offline via phone and zoom meetings on a daily basis and have become very close to some of my LinkedIn connections. I enjoy brainstorming and creating ideas from opportunities with my LinkedIn family. Networking in my opinion is a major key to life business and personal. I believe this platform hands down is the best when it comes to connecting with people.

Please share with us some of the benefits you have found by using LinkedIn in the comment section. The hashtag for our content is #ThinkersAtWork and #Michaelarivera please follow if not already following.

From Michael Rivera's perspective:

I have been consistently posting content and creating relationships on LinkedIn for a year now. I can honestly say that it been such an enjoyable and beneficial experience for me. I have been able to create some incredible relationships with people from around the world. As well as gaining tons of insight and value from other content.

All while finally putting one of my dreams into action.

Which was launching my own company, True Life Planners.

To help people negotiate transparently, interview effortlessly, and have attainable life plan.

I honestly believe that when used properly this platform has infinite benefits.

For me, it has been a place where I can share my experiences, expertise, and tips

So that others in the world may benefit from it.

We all can make a genuine impact in this world.

If we can help/inspire one person with our content.

Then we have truly done our part.

Are you using LinkedIn in this manner?

My favorite thing about LinkedIn is that the user base feels a bit more classy than the average social media platform

The information component is such an important piece of professional development. This platform is such an incredible resource for bringing together professionals from many different industries to collaborate on their disciplines. The industries may be different, but approaches in the work are similar enough that an exchange of professional ideas can improve how someone does work in a different industry.
