Why Lifestyle Sells—And how you can use it (ethically) to sell more of your offers today

?You know what’s selling REALLY REALLY hot right now?

Lifestyle.

All the egregious folks I follow in the biz-opp industry (for research purposes, I promise) are tripling down on lifestyle focused content.

Typically, these guys only make a shift in their strategy if there’s serious money behind it—and let me tell you, there is.

?

It’s one of the three core tenets of Persuasion: Ethos (brand, trust, authority), Logos (logic, facts, data), and Pathos (emotional, why do YOU care)

And lifestyle is a beautiful way to smash that pathos button a million times over.

Why?

Because it appeals to status, freedom, and the things that you would say are your biggest goals in life.

What do I have the freedom to do every day?

What time do I wake up?

Where can I go?

What kind of things can I buy?

And most importantly—How does all of this make me feel??

It’s why we get so sucked in to reality TV stars, celebrities, and internet marketing gurus—we subconsciously strive for the little things we wish we had.

Do you need to flash rolexes and $500 meal tickets in order to get your customers to buy your latest course or DWY offer?

God, I hope not….

But you can still use this stuff to your advantage with much SMALLER promises that are actually super important to your customers.

Let’s take me for example.

?

When I left my big-wig full-time sales/marketing job, I made one promise to myself.

The most important thing for me was to be able to shut off my work at ANY point that I wanted so I could be with my family.

That meant I could be there for doctor’s visits, first days of school, parent teacher conferences in the middle of the day, quick lunch dates with my beautiful fiancée…

THAT’S what mattered to me.

Not the 7-figure profit plaques (sounds nice though)

And I’m starting to notice a lot of other solopreneurs feel the same way.

?

They’re getting burnt out from delivering on client work, coaching calls, and 1:1 services all the damn time…

And they’re patiently waiting for the day they discover the idea that FINALLY propels them to the promised land—waking up to see sales notifications hitting their phone while they slept.

Does it happen right away?

No.

Shoot, I’m still delivering on client work myself (and having fun with it too)

But it does build momentum faster than you’d?ever imagine (I added?15-20% to my revenue this year from digital products alone—I launched the first one in April)…

And let me tell you, the feeling of seeing money from your own products (not hours fo your work) hit your bank account—it's intoxicating...

It's a taste of the freedom we try and obtain by watching someone else's success.
