Optimize your LinkedIn profile as if it’s your personal marketing website use key search terms and great job descriptions relevant to the roles you’re targeting. Also since LinkedIn changed its algorithm, you have to post and comment on LinkedIn to engage with others and make new connections in order for the algorithm to improve your visibility on the feed. That’s is how recruiters will find you. Otherwise. You’re basically invisible among the other 6M profiles. And you have to stay active, you can’t just let your profile sit there. Keep optimizing and re-optimizing!
