Best parts, low housing costs, no commuting, no traffic, Low property taxes, no state income taxes, entertainment capital of the World, major international airport, local hiking trails at red rock canyon, scenic area,  low cost living, 24 hour per day shopping, 4 hours to LA by car, 1 hour flight, local ski resort Lee Canyon 45 minutes away from strip, low cost gated communities with golf courses, seniors low cost living, building underground transportation system under Las Vegas strip, new casino construction Resort World opens summer of 2021, 4 billion dollar project with underground tunnel to new convention center will hire 5000+ employees. Summerlin number one community-based great schools along with Green Valley Ranch in Henderson and Southwest Las Vegas, newly developing area. New area in Henderson by Raider practice facility, large manufacturing buildings going up, thousands of new jobs, Amazon, Google, Fed Ex many locations. New Raider stadium, Golden Knights Hockey team, and soon major NBA and Baseball teams to arrive.
