Why Learning to Code Is Essential

Why Learning to Code Is Essential

Hey there, future coder!

Picture this: you're stepping into a world that's like a treasure hunt for your brain. That's what learning to code felt like for me, and I can't wait to share my journey with you.

I still remember the day I started. It was like landing on the moon of possibilities. Coding gives you that sense of belonging to a cool club of tech-savvy creators. The best part? You don't need any magic powers, just a curious mind!

But here's the twist: I met JavaScript, and it was like meeting a friendly alien. At first, it felt a bit tricky – like trying to learn a new dance move. But guess what? We all stumble before we strut our stuff!

"Every expert was once a beginner." I held onto that idea like a secret weapon. Whenever JavaScript seemed tough, I reminded myself that even the coding superheroes started right where I was. I asked for help, I Googled, I took baby steps, and slowly but surely, things began to make sense.

Imagine having a secret code mentor who's always there when you need them. That's FreeCodeCamp for you! It's like having a personal guide through the coding jungle. I found this quote by Brendan Eich, the creator of JavaScript: "When in doubt, use brute force." That's coding-talk for "don't give up, try things out!"

It's like building a puzzle. You might try a few pieces before they fit perfectly. That's the magic of coding – you get to put the pieces together to create something amazing. Remember, every mistake is just a step closer to nailing it!

Steve Jobs once said,

Everyone should learn how to program a computer because it teaches you how to think.

And he's spot on! Coding isn't just about making things work on a screen. It's about solving problems, getting creative, and turning ideas into reality.

So here's my advice: Start small, celebrate your wins (even the tiny ones), and remember that every coder was once in your shoes. If you're curious, determined, and open to exploring, you've got what it takes to rock the coding world!

Steve Jobs' wisdom still holds true today. Learning to code extends beyond technology; it's a journey that cultivates problem-solving and creativity. It's empowering to witness how coding shapes thoughts into tangible realities. ??????? #CodingMinds #SteveJobsLegacy

This is incredibly mind blowing. It made me reminiscing the very 1st day I started with basic HTML and CSS. Today, after more than three years of consistency, I am glad to have intermediate understanding of the principles of languages like Python, Java scripts, Typescript among others. You never know how far you can go, until you actually start. Even Senior developers weren't born with the skills. We all learn along the way. Thanks so much for this tips and resources sir.
