7 年There are a lot of activities that underpin the first one. 1. Get your CIO out from the CFO, otherwise they are relegated to a cost center. 2. Drive efficiencies across IT to allow a shift from fire fighting to focusing on innovation. 3. Make sure your IT leadership is part of the business conversation and not just an order taker.

7 年Interesting , only a 1/3 of CIOs believe closer collaboration with business leaders would drive digital growth. This in my opinion is the key to digital strategy and growth.
