Here’s Rule 2: No Lead Machines - The Key is Outbound, Outbound, Outbound

In the world of business, nothing is handed to you. It's a cutthroat industry, and many fail to realize that there's no magic machine that produces leads all day long.

Success is determined by how many meaningful conversations you have each day and, more importantly, how much value you bring to others. The real power lies in follow-up.

Personally, I have accumulated over 9,087 contacts in my phone over time. I didn't set out to have the most contacts, but I recognized their value and made a point to store every number.

Every appraiser, lender, realtor, investor, and title rep that calls me gets saved.

I look for individuals who are truly dedicated to their field and strive to stay connected with them. Together, we can grow and achieve great things.

However, it's important to remember that this doesn't come easily. It requires constant effort and outreach to keep the pipeline full and provide value.

But when you put in the work, something extraordinary happens - inbound leads start pouring in.


This is the result of building your own lead machine.
