Why Latina Confident Group Coaching

Let me tell you why I started Confident Latina Group Coaching. The last 15 years of mi vida have been about finding my voice with my amigas, familia y el mundo.?I have struggled through a divorce, moving cross country from my familia, choosing my career before starting a familia, and now demanding a life of soft entrepreneurship.

Limiting beliefs grounded in machismo, colorism, competition with other Latinas, and a scarcity mindset kept me from fully expanding.

?? Imposter syndrome made me feel like I wasn't good enough, even though I have hella life experience and education (I got a Ph.D., after all).

??? “Calladita te ves mas bonita” culture made me doubt telling others, especially my mami, what I wanted out of life. I thought I had to be La Buena and do what everyone else told me.?

?? Loneliness of always being strong for others was making me depressed. I thought I had to keep it together for everyone else and didn't let others treat me with kindness or softness.?
