Why "Bahubali" kills "Kattappa" @ work place? Is it always a mystery that cannot be solved?

When people you knew well and someone you trusted at work
- lets you down
- betrays you
- push you under the bus
- takes credit for your work or even
- tells you that you are a poor performer, not a good team player
- label you as a person having negative attributes and so on...
without giving you a genuine specific reason and how to improve...
Trust me - they are not against you; they are for themselves!
Since the standard triangular Organization Hierarchy setup with “unwritten rules and unspoken skills” determines the growth of an individual and only a few can be accommodated in the upward blocks of such triangle; these few unethical acts sound normal and called "It's common" as none of the above is illegal in the corporate world.
Many a times, it’s because of the lack of self-awareness in such individuals, who cannot know/understand/accept their insecurities and are highly identified with wrong side of the ego/pride and power play makes them to do so and they do it for their own survival and nothing more. In such cases - you were merely an object of their hostility and rarely a collateral damage. And this is something completely out of your control just like the pandemic currently we are in.
Most often, the organization culture that supports such office politics need to take a leap in their change management strategies related to their culture or their business process/models or even their vision/mission/purpose statements; so that none of their employees - be it someone in leadership, or its management team or even any in their bottom line becomes an object of someone's hostility when all are working for and within that One TRIANGLE - "Organization"!
What I am asking you to do is - do not internalize that other person's “ass-wholeness” (I use this term to describe individuals' lack of emotional intelligence). Next time if you are stuck thinking - Why did they do that to me?? It doesn't matter. It doesn't make it right. Do not doubt your capabilities and caliber. Continue learning and delivering your best as always. Keep SHINING and do not dim your light (Spirit).
PS: This article is mainly to uplift individuals at all levels, who are great influencers but has been affected by the negative aspect of organizational politics, lost their jobs and in search of hopes during this hard time of pandemic.
