How? By finding inspiration. It’s all around you! That’s how I found mine. In our fast-paced lifestyle, it’s easy to overlook gratitude’s subtle yet powerful impact. But why gratitude? Because it’s not just a nice sentiment—it’s a profound healing tool.
Since the 1980s, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding professionals in mastering their image, etiquette, and protocol. While I’m proud of this work and continue to champion it, the early days of the 2020s pandemic offered a rare opportunity for reflection—a chance to explore a deeper dimension of my life’s work. During that time, I discovered the transformative power of gratitude, inspired by?Melanie Spears’?Gratitude Journal and?Staci Danford’s?enlightening insights into neuroscience and the brain’s response to gratitude.
Their influence, combined with my research, led me to write my version of a gratitude journal. This journey has opened a new chapter in my offerings and seamlessly aligns with my mission to enhance personal and professional growth.
I met?STACI DANFORD?at a marketing workshop for speakers. When I heard her story, I started to understand the?healing role of gratitude thinking in the brain. It was so powerful that I asked her to share her inspirational story in this blog. Read her Neuroscience approach?to Gratitude and her squirrel story, which will tickle your heart.
