As an ARLA licensed member, companies have to submit accountant’s reports every year to ensure that client money is being processed correctly. Professional indemnity insurance is checked annually and paying client money into a protection scheme ensures Landlord confidence. Our experience is also underpinned by membership of an independent redress scheme.

ARLA Licensed members need to hold NFoPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) Awarding Body qualifications or equivalent. As an ARLA Licensed member you have to follow Rules of Conduct and adhere to best practice guidelines.
