Why It's Important To Review
Craig Davis
I write really good LinkedIn comments ?? | Currently looking for a new Customer Success Associate role (DM me)
During the 4th of July weekend, I reviewed a lot of things.
My posts, comments, and personal goals.
Some posts went well. Some posts didn't.
Even my comments (as well as they are) can improve a bit.
Here are three tips on why it's important to review:
Tip #1: To learn what you did well.
Look at what you did a great job on.?
Sometimes we underrate the work we did earlier this year.?
Analyze what works for you.
Tip #2: To learn what you can do a better job on.
For me, it's the hooks on my posts and the content.
I learned from Justin Welsh that the first line is 95% critical.
It determines if people read your post or scroll elsewhere.
When you don't show interest, people are not interested, no matter how well the content is.
If no one reads your content, was it ever written for your audience?
It's a harsh truth and I will work on it.
Tip #3: To reflect on what to work on.
Wanted to say thank you to everyone. Those who followed me, connected, or even visited my posts for the first time.
It's important to be honest about your shortcomings and make a plan to move.
To become a better content creator, study the best.
When you review and reflect, take it as an experience to become better, not bitter.
