Hello - It's Craig.
It’s cloudy and it's 51 degrees in New York.
Today, we're going to talk about rest.
Are you ready? Let's rock and roll!
------------------------------
Yesterday, I went to two doctor's appointments.
You might be thinking:
Is everything okay?
My health is fine.
Only needed more rest.
Here are three lessons about why it's important to rest:
Lesson #1: To improve your focus.
You lose focus when you don't rest.
I like to take 15 to 30-minute breaks to rest.
To make sure eyes and body take a break.
Be sure to take a break when you can.
Lesson #2: To stress less.
A month ago, I stayed up until about 4am to wait for a post.
Mr. Algorithm himself said in a comment:
"Indeed, great summary Craig, now get some rest ??"
He's right.
He knows this is not the time for me to be up.
And every time I stay up, my morning is off.
The best way to solve this problem:
Rest early to wake up early.
Rest more to stress less.
Lesson #3: To improve your mood and productivity.
How you rest the previous day impacts the next day.
Rest is different for everyone.
Get the rest you need to help you succeed.
You can get things done without worry.
You feel great and well-rested.
To recap:
1. To improve your focus.
2. To stress less.
3. To improve your mood and productivity.
What tips do you have when it comes to rest?
