Growth is important to have in your life.
What's the point?
To learn what's more important than numbers or success.
Here are 3 growth tips to keep in mind.
Even if you are not where you want to be right now.
Ready? Let's go.
Growth Tip #1: Finding the good in the bad.
In life, you will fail.
It happens.
Earlier this year, I failed to hit a comment goal on LinkedIn.?
The goal was to leave 25 1st-degree comments by 10am EST.
Quality comments.
For the first time doing it, I hit 23.
Here's a reframe:
It was a test and an experience.
Ever since, I never missed once.
When you find the good in the bad, it's not so bad.
Growth Tip #2: Growth is ahead.
We always look behind.
It's good to see where you came from.
To look back.
There are still things to improve on.
Relationships. Priorities. Excellence.
If you are not growing, you are not going.
Growth is ahead, not behind.
Growth Tip #3: Growth is a mindset.
We stick to our comfort zone like gum in school seats.
Yes, I had gum stuck to my jeans and sneakers.
When you stay too long, you don't grow anywhere.
Focus on growth to take risks for yourself.
The mindset you set impacts your growth.
From this article, my hope is for you to take one growth tip and focus.
Growth is a garden that only grows when you water it with action.
