Why it's good to start small if you've got big plans

We’re really pleased to be starting work with Phoenix Group . We’re part of their comprehensive & ambitious plans to embed Digital inclusion across their organisations and brands. We’ve been doing some work helping them clarify their DI goals and think about how they deliver them.? Now, we're about to start the first pilot group on Inspire.

Inspire helps employees understand digital inclusion and encourages them to become volunteers themselves. It’s usually really impactful because it gets people to realise how they can make a difference themselves, as well as why inclusion matters.?In our latest feedback from clients already using Inspire, 100% of the employees who finished the course said they were very or quite likely to become digital volunteers.

We're starting with a pilot! We love pilots!??Every organisation that’s used Inspire has run a pilot scheme first. It makes sense if you’re trying to practically deliver on something as changeable and difficult to define and implement as Digital Inclusion. The goal is to embed it in the organisation, but every organisation is different.?Piloting lets you see how the process and product works for each organisation and tweak and adapt where necessary, so that when you roll it out, it’s right. Work starts this week and we can't wait!
