Why it's NOT all about consistency.

Afternoon - Mike Here.

I'm going to go through exactly why the wholly grail of "consistency" or at least the idea of such is actually killing your progress and keeping you stuck where you are in your health and lifestyle.

Picture this.

You're making good, wholesome decisions every day without thinking.

You are in healthy routines, love how you look in the mirror and you're not fearful of change, being challenged and of going backwards. You're living your best life and it shows.

People look up to you and most of all you finally look up to yourself too.

No more negative self-talk or low self-esteem and mood.

You accept that life has its ups and downs, but in your lifestyle, behaviours and body shape, you've fully locked in and love what you see in the mirror.

Can you picture it?

If not then that's an issue because you're not going to be able or even willing to go through the changes you need to break through to that place that you want and deserve.

However, if you can picture it then you're probably struggling with the overall structure of the process towards achieving this sustainably without doing some daft nonsense "coaching programs" I see being offered in the marketplace.

Anyway

We're all doing our best in life and I'm convinced that it's all part of the process of transformation.

For example, if I hadn't had A nearly drowned in the sea in Mexico or B almost died of Sepsis or C Finally found a proven way to achieve results with my clients every time using a behavioural change approach, I wouldn't be as confident as I am now.

It is what it is and here we are.

Now before I share a testimonial let's talk about that consistency again.

The unmistakable reality is that you are already consistent.

Whether your health, weight, habits or behaviours are up or down currently is irrelevant.

What is relevant is that you start to notice the patterns in yourself, are aware of how they're linked and understand how they all affect each other.

After all, self-knowledge is the most powerful knowledge of all.

"First within then without" as the saying goes.

Yes, you can of course spend a lot of time, effort and money trying to scramble around a potential solution or you can skip to the front of the queue to the fast path to success and join The Peak Performance Project like George here
