Young people have been leaving the region in search of better economic prospects, resulting in an aging population and a decline in the overall population. This depopulation has had a range of impacts on the region, including a reduced tax base, increased strain on social services, and changes to the cultural and social fabric of communities.

Efforts have been made to address these challenges, including investments in infrastructure, job creation, and other initiatives aimed at promoting regional development and attracting people to the area.

The proposed stays range from 2 weeks to 1 month and can be extended upon request, and include the following services:

1. COLIVING: all selected structures propose a different concept of hospitality that considers the customer a protagonist and not just a mere user of the place, and are equipped with common spaces that promote meeting, exchange, and socialization.
2. COWORKING: each structure includes shared workspaces, which are available for free and where participants will have access to individual workstations, as well as the opportunity to interact, exchange experiences and grow professionally.
3. EXPERIENCES: an integral and essential part of the offer is represented by the proposal of activities and events organized in partnership with local operators, free or at an additional cost, that favor personal and professional enrichment of the participants and allow them to discover the territory outside of work hours: networking aperitifs, Italian language courses, language exchange tandems, yoga classes, cooking classes, cheese-making workshops, tastings, outdoor sports, guided tours and weekend excursions, are just an example of the many opportunities offered to guests to fully immerse themselves in local life.
4. COMMUNITY MANAGER: a "Community Manager" will be available to participants and structures, who will manage the small community of nomads that will be created in Cilento and will work to connect them with the local community.
