Well, I'm feeling a little better. In my recent reading, I'm more frequently seeing the words "disruption", "processes", and the "linchpin" for leadership. Wow. I've been using these phrases for years.

Leadership and management aren't about programs or personalities or training or techniques. It's far more important than those things, and far more fundamental. People and organizations that miss this point, will always fall short. And you simply can't afford to any more.
