So you meet or speak with a new client and they express an interest to buy or sell a home and you get excited about the possibility with this new client... Then all of a sudden they don't call, email or text you back, WHAT HAPPENED?!?
Who's fault is that? Yours? The client? or who?
First off, the client is never wrong and maybe it was your salesmanship or maybe you didn't show your value to the client and they decided to go with someone else. The reality is that most of the time clients don't call you back because it's not their time. They are waiting for something or someone. You may never know but never make the client wrong for calling you back weeks or months later.
You cannot control what clients do or say but you can control your proactive actions and intentional activities.
