Why invest in learning?

When I talk with companies, I hear four main reasons why investing in corporate learning is a great idea. Let me take you briefly through those and bring you to the big WHY we want to invest in learning.?

What many people mean when they say saving time is that they want to free up resources. Sometimes learning is hinged on certain people in a company that have to do the training over and over again because of a constant influx of new people that need to be brought up to speed.
