Through all the roles I've held throughout my career, I've realized that I like to be around passionate people. I thrive off of their energy and emotions. If a company's vision aligns with my own goals & aspirations, I buy in, hook, line and sinker and do my part to evangelize that vision.

Unfortunately, a lot of companies are really good at selling the dream and delivering the nightmare. Soon after getting a look behind the curtain, the real company shows its face and the emotional drain begins. Employee morale is on a back burner, managers are overextended and understaffed and there is no one to train, let alone inspire the up and comers.
