The main problem we are facing is with customers. Customer needs are changing on daily basis. We are also Customers most of the time lets talk about us once. We need something today So companies are preparing something as per our need by tomorrow. But we might need some thing else by tomorrow. Soo as a innovators we must predict the changes in market & We must be a solution provider even before we as a customer don't realize we need that. We can't meet our needs on a long-term basis unless we are ready to innovate. We have to come up with new ideas that excite most of the people & meet the needs of people.
Most of the Innovators work with Innovative companies. They don't get attracted to a company with no history of creating. If you start a company with a Innovative name resumes will come like ants around sugar cubes. Innovators always work in a environment like where the challenges are. Then the company will stand out from competition & meet customer needs in all ways. We have to take the risks to be Innovative. Then only we can enjoy the rewards from that innovation.
