Why India needs more entrepreneurs?

Why India needs more entrepreneurs?

As per the ILO report, the proportion of educated youth (with at least secondary education), who are unemployed, has nearly doubled to 65.7 percent in 2022 from 35.2 percent in 2000.

I want you to read the above lines twice and digest the facts.

India has 65.7 per cent of the youth population unemployed as of now.

Does this data scare you? I am sure you must have felt uneasy while reading this but that’s true.

In this newsletter, I will cover “Why India needs more entrepreneurs? 3 tips to start your own business”.?

Well, unemployment and job crisis is something which is not new, it; 's just that the magnitude has increased. Fewer jobs in the market, post-COVID market changes and an overall slowdown in the world economy are obvious reasons for this. But, the truth is that everyone needs a job, everyone has a family to feed, and everyone has aspirations to meet.

The only solution to this problem is the creation of more jobs, new business opportunities and a young population building some of the biggest ventures which can provide jobs to the people of this country and contribute towards a stronger economy.

For this entrepreneurship has to be promoted and implemented at all costs. The youth population has to come out of this mindset of seeking jobs to cultivate a mindset of providing jobs.?

This is not easy and still, society as well as parents are into this old traditional mindset of jobs.

And that too government jobs. Our youth is desperate for it. That is also one most important reasons why a major chunk of youth populations fails to create something bigger, something better.?

Back when I started my venture into the occult sciences, after leaving my well-paid IT job, I too faced a lot of restraint from my family members. Coming from a small remote village in Maharastra, getting into MNC was a big thing for my parents. But I was always a staunch believer in being in the tribe of job providers rather than job seekers. I always wanted to build something big and create a massive impact.

And this is the spirit every Indian needs to cultivate to be a global world leader.

We need more industrialists, problem solvers and wealth creators in our country.

Government alone can’t do much, few top companies alone can’t employ everyone. We are the second largest in headcount after China.?We have to prepare ourselves to carry the aspirations of 1.4 billion people.

That’s why I say to everyone reading this newsletter.?"YOU have the power to make a difference. Yes, you heard me right! By stepping into the world of entrepreneurship, you're not just creating a business – you're solving problems, you're creating opportunities, and you're also using your full potential."

Why India needs more entrepreneurs?

You are creating a trend which will act as a baseline for the generations to come.
