Our N.R.I. Mission in a communication addressed to Sh. Narendra Modi honourable Prime Minister of India ?with a copy endorsed to N.D.R.I. As desired by then Director N.D.R.I. we contacted Dr A.K Singh offering required fee for cross check examination and validation of our software solution capable of determining true net worth of raw mixed milk based on scientifically logical/arithmetically accurate/ digital hydro analysis technique and actual % of cow milk, buffalo milk and added water actually being received through road milk tankers in our dairy plants.

Subject: Let us double the income of ethical milk producers/ dairy business entrepreneurs and provide a glass of 100% pure milk every day to fellow citizens strictly conforming to international quality parameters.

Most respectable Sir,

Kindly refer to all our earlier communications addressed to N.D.R.I. on the correlated subject especially your email communication addressed to our Mission. (Attachment-1)

We approached Dr A K. Singh head of consultancy cell, providing to him detailed information through email communications related to “APNI DAIRY” software solution developed by Improvement innovations unlimited Inc. Canada and also offering validation fee as per consultancy service charges specified by N.D.R.I. for such assignments. I also contacted him on phone few times but we could not get any satisfactory professional reply related to cross verification /validation of software solution (already testified by reputed chartered accounting organisation in India for its arithmetical accuracy and certified by our Mission associated Canadian company for scientific logic of software solution (as per 60:40 two axis formulae being used by one and all in India for releasing milk payments to milk suppliers) so unfortunately all our efforts remained fruitless till date.

Since every dairy plant in India (without exception) is suffering hidden loss of about 20% cost of raw milk due to dilution and manipulation of S.N.F. / Fat Ratio (assuming no adulteration other than intermixing of B.M /C.M and added water used for manipulation).

As prudent dairy professionals, we must admit that there is no instrument or digital hydro analysis technique available with us to accurately analyse net worth of mixed raw milk based on exact % of cow milk, buffalo milk and added water in diluted/manipulated raw mixed milk actually reaching all our dairy plants in India. There is no arithmetically accurate solution for? digital cross verification of milk payments to work out net hidden loss due to dilution/manipulation using conventional software based on 60:40 two axis formulae and empirical ?, 1/3rd formulae for allocating value for fat and S.N.F. We all know that unlike all south Asian countries, western dairy countries do not purchase raw milk using 60:40 two axis formulae. They? purchase raw milk benchmarking freezing point of standard cow milk ( 3.50 % Fat , 8.50% S.N.F. , 12% total milk solids conforming to 30 C.L.R. and analysing exact % of added water using refractometer reading by CRYOSCOPY).

Procuring 100% pure raw milk on commercial scale (Cow milk, Buffalo milk or mixed milk) without any dilution with added water strictly conforming to international quality parameters related with purity of contents and microbiological safety/ shelf life is the only unresolved core issue and bottleneck in the entire milk procurement value chain of dairy business in our country.

“Hansa test” evolved by N.D.R.I. many years ago is scientifically capable of identifying if cow milk is mixed with buffalo milk but it does not enable us to find out exact % of cow milk mixed with buffalo milk or the amount of added water in such mixed milk that by manipulating S.N.F.: Fat ratio in relevant milk purchase transactions becomes extra milk in milk billing calculations and gets paid as milk causing abnormally high hidden loss to milk purchaser. On all India bases, the total amount of this loss becomes an astronomical figure causing hidden loss of billions of rupees to our dairy plants every year besides spoiling purity /quality of dairy foods being manufactured out of that raw milk.

Professional scientists assisting your good self in research activities now under progress at N.D.R.I. have not been successful in making a breakthrough yet in evolving arithmetically accurate and scientifically logical digital software solutions of this age-old unresolved problem coming in our way to upgrade the status of our motherland from No.1 milk producing country to No.1 milk exporting nation.

Being a humble dairy professional educated by N.D.R.I. and nurtured by N.D.D.B. / trained by MILK FEDERATIONS/ I.D.A. , I would like to dedicate our “APNI DAIRY software solution” to my GURUKUL as “Guru Dakshina” for its utilisation (free of cost) to protect genuine socio-economic interests of ethical milk producers/dairy business entrepreneurs and health conscious consumers in India who are ready and willing to purchase divine nectar called milk at least at par with the price of natural spring water now being marketed in plastic bottles by reputed brands in India. @ Rs. 60 and above.

In order to countercheck our claims and contentions stated above, kindly ask professional chartered accountants and dairy experts available with N.D.R.I./premier dairy institutions in our country to critically cross examine contents of our digital hydro analysis as actual case study of milk purchase transactions of MILKFED Punjab for the month of July 2021 (Attachment-2) and also claim complimentary prize of Rs. One lac being offered by our Mission associate by proving that the concerned organisation did not suffer any hidden loss due to dilution and manipulation in milk purchase transactions (Assuming no adulteration except intermixing B.M/C.M and dilution with added water).

Process of pasteurization/ sterilisation is no longer a complicated process or rocket science because as we all know, it involves only the simple process of heating and cooling of raw milk at specific temperatures and specified time duration. 100% Pure whole? buffalo or cow milk (without inter mixing or dilution) if processed with innovative autoclave ( Milk pasteurizer/sterilizer designed by our Mission associate and prototype unit got manufactured by us in India) at point of milk production/collection (dairy farm or Milk collection centre of cooperative society) in glass bottles using biogas/solar energy would not only remain good for consumption for two /three weeks (under refrigeration) but also retain its natural ambrosia taste and nutritional value besides ensuring 100% recovery of milk solids and traceability. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………On behalf of our N.R.I.
