Why is it impossible to go beyond the ‘colonial blocks’ of thinking

Why Global South – the peripheries are impossible to go beyond the centre of 21st-century global colonialism – the European, Western, and Emerging Eastern Power Plot.

How Sri Lanka lost its independence and loved on European Western colonial, postcolonial (decolonial) fantasies of Economy and Politics, on the brand of ‘Geopolitics.’

In the UN General Meeting 78th, Ranil Wickramasinghe, as the head of state of Sri Lanka, addressed the needs of European Western colonial economic-political compromises – how Sri Lankan people stay in ‘all-good’ due to how Wickramasinghe recovered the country’s economy and politics.

Even though Ranil used to talk well, this time, this UN talk did not seem to fit well and perform. Know why you used to tell lies - because what you render is not the ground-level, real-world, day-to-day reality in today’s Sri Lanka, in every phase of economy and politics.

As UN, Wickramasinghe is also very apt to what Sri Lanka’s former heads of the state contribute, as usual, to proceed through the contemporary temporal geopolitics and local politics. Why your talk this time is embarrassing not only to the audience but also to yourself is the revelation of your conscience that what you tell is not compatible with the ground truth. In other words, you purposely hindered and covered the ground-level reality of how people survive and live during the country’s complicated economic and political instability. However, in Sri Lanka, most people are utterly sick of the high governmental taxes you introduced to recover the country’s current financial loss – of taking more and more foreign IMF and European loans and the undemocratic toxic political monopolies you put forward during the times. Practically, you know how to take lots of loans from the UN, World Bank, IMF, Paris Summit, and all—though no inland industries or small-level productive applications to strengthen local and global economic issues.

All current and former political leadership believed and assumed that management must keep the existing level as it is but no more harmonic creative changes to existing systems and institutions – for alternative economic recoveries to escape colonial traps and travels. However, no such new sustainable approaches to developing the country’s devastating systems of economy or politics – instead, still perceive and persist the postcolonial or colonial adaptation in the country’s economy, culture, and politics, being a global south decolonial social and cultural adaptation to the new metamorphosis of European colonial power practices. You enhance work and address only the needs of Europe, the West, or emerging regional Eastern political power nets and boost. Yes, of course – whilst you connect and consume with the ongoing geopolitical rise and requests on demand, why do not you see any different approaches to develop Sri Lanka’s local inland industries and new industries for food, energy, industries, and growth – that you might be harvested through assuming how diverse alternatives may little by little effect positively on the recovering from colonial, postcolonial loan, and leanings, though.

You were repeatedly thinking and trying to take more on the European Paris Summit agreements and funds. You are promoting these European colonials’ (decolonial) geopolitical needs instead of how the global south leader used to fight and encourage the European states’ economic, political, and cultural markets but not to try and trend on the local South Asian food cultures, energy solutions and bright use of ample South Asia’s natural resources that no chance these in other regions or continents in this planet. So far, you are only depending on European and Western funds for the eager extension of the geopolitical aspirations coming from Western peripheries. Thus, how far this loan threat and noose prolongs – no idea to you. There is no expectation to the citizens of Sri Lanka as well; hence, your goal is 2048 to be recovered from the current European Western IMF’ monetary loan colonialism.’ Sri Lanka’s former heads and leaders, including you, represent and serve the needs and goals of those in need. – It is European Western or emerging geopolitical economic powers, but not to highlight and be independent of the crisis of the colonial market and magnet of the dominant political-economic Western postcolonial (cultural) power network. Although you know how to address the needs of the UN, IMF, Paris Summit, G 20 and G7, why do not you have the creative – experimental expansions of brains and insights in economic and political practice and knowledge – to uplift the Southern Asian treasure for inland revenue development independently.

Yes, it is – no local economy and politics unless connected with the emerging contemporary geopolitical net and needs. Still, Global South politicians like Sri Lanka are no longer dressing for change in the country’s postcolonial economic and political threats and catastrophic disparities. Still collaborating and consisting with the European colonial cultural, political, and economic underpinnings, even after 500 years of Portuguese, Dutch, and English global colonial cultural and political imperialism – being the realistic implication for how global colonialism detrimentally affects what we utterly suffer at present. However, it is a must-work to emerge on the inland income and opportunities for local industries from small-level to global conglomerations, on the use of European Western political networks or emerging eastern power collections and the camp through these new positioning. In modern geopolitics, not only peripheral nations but also centric nations now engage creatively and strategically in search of independence from so-far-soaked colonial blocks of attitudes, frames, models, knowledge, and power and agency structures, including ‘colonized’ fake rights and utopian democratic governance structures that were projected to peripheries by the centric European ( Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish, France, English…) colonialism since 14th century.
