Why is it important to prioritize feeling good and doing things that bring you joy first?

If you are self-employed or even working in 9-5 you need to make blocks of time when you will do what you really like doing every single day.
It doesn’t need to take a long time every day can be simple things like going for 15 15-minute walks, or just listening to birds singing, watching the trees or the stars, connecting to nature, or listening to your favorite song. And I would suggest at least once a week take 1-2 hours doing what brings you joy, what fills you up with good joyful energy.
For different people, it is different things. I like going grounding myself in the ocean and then swimming. I do it regularly once a week winter including. I also practice meditation every day 20 min in the morning and 20 min at night.
See you it doesn’t need to take a long time but once you do it and you start to experience feeling of joy and happiness you want to do it again and again.
So why it is important to prioritize self-care and self-love. Because there is no one but You. In a sense, if you don’t take care of yourself, you don’t fill your cup with joy and love. You are not going to be effective in your business, you are not going to be effective in your work,? you are not going to be loving and patient with your children, you are not going to be loving and present with your partner.
Your health will be affected, your fancies will be affected all your relationships will be affected if you don’t prioritize doing first things that bring you joy, that please you.
The truth is no one can make you feel good, or happy maybe for a short period of time they would be able to do it but absolutely not for a long period of time.
Why?
Because it is not possible no one can give you something that you don’t have ?? Joy and happiness is an inside job and it doesn’t depend on circumstances.
Your circumstances may not be what you prefer them to be, but you still can be happy. Because this is the core of your Being, you are happy, and joyful, and loving you are just blocking your true self, because you have been conditioned to think that you need to do something for someone first so then you can be happy and you expect them to do something for you in return and if they are not – you are not happy. See how upside-down this is!
Everyone is responsible for their own happiness and joy, it is no one responsibility to make someone else happy. If half of our population is aware of that true fact and realizes it than our world would look differently too ??
So what does joy and happiness have to do with your business?
When you are in a state of joy and appreciation regardless of circumstances because you will always have challenges, you will be aligned with the core of your Being, your Soul if you want and you will be creative, you will be aligned with synchronicities and you will be at the right time where you need to be, talking to the right people in the right time so you will be doing less but getting faster results.
Now on a neurobiological level when we first do something that puts us in alignment with our true, authentic state as joy, appreciation, or love our brain releases hormones of dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin and that puts our body in a relaxed state the energy in the body flows freely and that’s how we channel new creative ideas, we have the impulse to do something, to call someone to be somewhere. This is effortless it happens because you are in alignment with your true authentic self.
Cells in our body are very intelligent and they respond to our state of Being and they are sending throughout the day messages to our brain, our heart is a very powerful organ. Our brain communicates with our body sending either hormones of dopamine and serotine or hormones of cortisol it all depends on what state of Being you are choosing every morning when you wake up.?
A lot of people would argue that they don’t have 20 min, or that they can’t sit still. You can have as many excuses as you want all you do is fighting against your own limitations.
Our Ego mind is our friend if we know how to use it, and give it orders what it needs to do. But the majority of people are controlled by their fearful ego mind. So ego is not bad in a sense it is positive but you need to know how to relate to your ego mind.
For example, you are in a situation where things in your business or in your life are not going how you want them to be. And you say ok, tomorrow I will first do 20 min meditation or go for a walk before I start working and then your Ego is going to say :
“ You can’t do that, you need to do your work first, it is not good to feel good you are an adult so you need to be responsible, you have kids,? how dare you are? please yourself to do something that you like when you have so many things to do …. And so on “
Understand Ego is smart to keep you stuck because mistakenly it thinks that it is safe for you.
Unless you understand who you are and tap into Infinite intelligence within your Being your Ego will be ruining your life.
You are made of two parts your Ego mind which is only designed to take physical action, and the Broader part of you, Your higher Being or your Soul whatever you call it. And to tap into that intelligence there is no other way than to be selfish enough to prioritize doing first things that bring you joy and put you in your true vibrational frequency of who you are regardless of what others are doing, thinking, behaving, and so on…. Regardless of your current circumstances.

That’s why circumstances don’t matter, your state of Being matters.
You try hard to push through to change your circumstances that you don’t like and nothing changes it just gets harder and harder, until you ruin your health and your relationships.
You are not linear like you would like to think or have been conditioned to think, you are an infinite non-linear being.
Why do you think you are vulnerable?
Because you are not connected to the core of your Being. If you knew who you are the feeling of vulnerability will be replaced with a sure footing of who you are.
Personally, I don’t take any action unless I feel good, because I learned that if I feel unease, or some sort of resistance and I take action results are going to be the same as if I was watching Netflix. So, I do prioritize how I feel before I take any action. And it doesn’t take much time to realign yourself if something goes off if you center yourself and connect with your true core in the morning.
Imagine a Triangle. You are the center the balance point between two polarities, between opposites such as positive and negative, fear and love. And it is your responsibility how you are going to feel your energy as love and joy or as fear and frustration.
And be aware that it is not about avoiding your negative emotions, your negative emotions are your best friends and you want to feel them and release them so you can connect to the core of your being. Your negative emotion is just a warning signal that you are not aligned with your broader perspective.
So if you want to perceive things differently you need to change your frequency and you will see it right here right now, because everything is here and NOW. And you can’t perceive something that you are not vibration of.
So you feel vulnerable, defensive, not secure, and not enough this is what you are going to perceive it is not possible otherwise.
Impact it will have on your business – you will not see opportunities that are in front of you, you just can’t when you are in a fight or flight state in a state of shortage and fear.
This is why It is crucial to be selfish enough to prioritize your self-care !!
When you prioritize your self-care you raise your vibration, you value yourself and your confidence goes up, your value of yourself goes up. You will have different outcomes in the conversation you have with people because you will perceive yourself differently and they will reflect that back to you.
So see it is not about anyone changing it is not about your circumstances changing like you would like to think, ?it is about you changing it is about shifting your perspective about yourself and then the world around you will reflect a new reality back to you.
One of the seven needs we have as human beings is self-expression. And if you are not feeling good you will be vulnerable and defensive so you will not be able to self-express authentically and you will not get the results that you want.

What do you need to do to start to prioritize feeling good doesn’t matter what?
You need courage! Because you will be doing something different than 90% of people are doing and you will lose some of your friends but you will gain new authentic friends. You will be self-aware you will start asking yourself different questions and you will finally wake up from the deep conditioned sleep that you are now. There are far more benefits in prioritizing self-care and self-love.
You have free choice, it is your free will what you do with your life experience maybe ask yourself how long you want to wait? You will not be on Earth forever and this life that you have at this time is unique to you, there will not be another YOU as you are now? ??
So take responsibility for yourself and create a life that you truly desire to live ??
