Why it is important to practice self awareness?

Majority of people are not aware of possibilities around them.

Why?

We live majority of our days unconsciously, we live our lives to please others and be accepted by others rather then to live our life to please ourselves and the first step to Freedom is Awareness. We need to be aware that we are not free , that we are stuck in a pattern in order to be free and in order to change things in our life . If you are not aware you are stuck in a pattern, then there is nothing to change!

The classic definition of Crazy is to continue to think the same way in the same pattern and expect different results. In order to achieve what we want we must change thoughts, perceptions, belief system and find that untapped potential within us, which offers us infinite possibilities.

Usually, people are aware of the problem but not of the pattern, so they try harder to fix the problem and it never gets 100% fixed because they never find the pattern.

?It is not about fixing the problem it is about being aware and finding the pattern that is cosign the same recurring problems. It is not about looking for answers but knowing how to ask correct questions to become aware of the pattern. Once pattern is fixed problem is forever gone!!

So, for example problems: I don’t have enough money, I’m not appreciated at work, It is unfair what is happing to me, my boss is just horrible, culture is a disaster, I’m underpaid, I spent everything I earn, It is too much work, It is never me. So, I’m just going to find another job and what happens after 6 months in another job you find yourself in exactly the same or similar pattern.

So, the first thing is to become aware not of the problem we are all aware of our problems but become aware of your patterns.

Nobody can make you feel a certain way it is your interpretation and your perception of what occurred that related in your feeling.

Once you are aware of the pattern you can go deeper and notice what emotions you experiencing in your body is it shame, disappointment, anger, frustration, jealousy, vulnerability, sadness, helplessness, embarrassment, guilt ?

Second step is acceptance – acceptance of your past experience, acceptance what you are feeling right now in a present moment without judgment , saying out loud I’m feeling …… once you accepted how you feel you can move to LETTING GO of what is not serving you anymore , you need to go deep to understand what perceptions and belfies are not serving you anymore and let them go , if you don’t they will run you unconsciously?this is your pattern the root of your problems.

Once you let go of your past you can open your heart again. Your heart is sending message to your brain informing your brain that is safe to create, so now you can ask yourself how do I want to feel? What would unlimited person do? How do I want to be with my spouse or my kids, my boss, at my work , with my co -workers?

Next step is to accept your knew way of being of feeling and thinking and then take action!!!

When you combine clear intention with elevated emotions of your heart such as Love, Inspiration, Certainty, Joy, Freedom, Worthiness, Enoughness you are changing your neuro circuitry, your neurochemistry, your genes you don’t live anymore in the past.

If you are feeling emotions of your past of insecurity, helplessness, unworthiness you are starting your day from your past and you just re-create more of the same!!

Freedom is being ourselves free from emotional baggage, free from the role of victim or Judge! This is what true freedom means and 90% of people are not FREE and they are not even aware of it, because it is so familiar to play Victim or Judge that they don’t even know they are doing it! It is safe to judge and play victim and unsafe to say what you really want from your heart, in other words whatever you try to avoid to feel is running you subconsciously.

And you are like a poppet just trying harder until you can’t do harder anymore you get sick or burn out not understating that there is a pattern, and you are caught in that ridiculous pattern you created yourself unconsciously.

So, change and transformation starts with awareness and opening your heart to the unknown territory overcoming thousand of years of your programming.

Who you are now is not who you truly are. Who you are is yours to create from this moment when you read this article.

You can have the intent thought that you are healthy, confidence, powerful, happy whatever you tell yourself but if you don’t feel in your central nervous system that you are confident, powerful, healthy your thought is not going to pass the brain stem into your central nervous system and you are not going to draw events back to you. Because your body will behave in the same old way.

This is why you are stuck in an old pattern attracting wrong relationships, same recurring problems, sickness, wrong jobs.

Doesn’t matter what was your experience in life, you can change your perception of it.

Another example when you are infatuated with someone you likely fear their loss and experience feeling of jealousy.

When you feel resentful you likely to fear their gain. As such you develop instincts to avoid, escape.

At the level of the broader perceiving “Soul level” nothing is missing in your life. You are whole. Your heart is open it sends message to the brain that is safe to create, brain sends message to others emotional parts of the brain and open your Neo Cortex you creative, strategic, executive brain.

At the level of narrower perceiving senses things appear to be missing. You narrow your focus on material things, time and money you activate sympathetic nervous system your heart is sending incoherent messages to the brain, brain perceive that there is dangers closes your Neocortex and open your “Fight or Flight” system that we call Amygdala , here you run by?your old patterns , there is not energy and no time to create something new. You don’t think you run in a pattern avoiding and seeking like animal in the jungle.

You don’t need to do that you are not living in Jungle anymore!!! ??

When you stop comparing your reality to an unrealistic phantasy, of what you think it should be you are more able to apricate your life again.

When you heal your heart, you will heal your mind and your body. When you accept yourself, you will accept everybody and you need to start with your values, what you value in your life the most and how you demonstrate your values in your life. Become aware of your values.

Easy thing you can start doing when you have so called difficult problem ask yourself

How can I turn it into opportunity?

You are not defined by your past and you are not here to live all your life in survival mode. You are here to create to lead yourself and others.

You will never be able to understand others if you don’t understand yourself and what triggers your emotional responses.

You can dream that you are going to be happy and do what you want when you will retire the truth is , you can dream there is nothing wrong with that but if you don’t go deeper and you are not taking actions towards your dream, your dream will just stay a dream!! A Phantasy !!! You will never ever may be able to retire or if you do you will be to sick and exhausted to enjoy your life, this is reality!!

To make your dream reality first you need to take off all of your masks that you are wearing right now, that heavy emotional baggage carried for years with all your fears and insecurities ?? and you can’t do it yourself!!!?
