Why Image Matters for Men

Women may still be fashion’s biggest spenders, particularly when it comes to clothes & shoes but when you look at how fast sales are growing, men are now leading the race. Ladies we have competition!
I hate to generalise but traditionally I see lots of men who are happy to leave the task of clothes shopping to their better half, certainly I hear this a lot from clients. Men seem happy to let their partners or wives shop for them, is it a lack or confidence or just tardiness? Either way there is nothing wrong with that at all, but there’s definitely a growing trend for men to shop for themselves.
In this day and age we are all image conscious, social media plays a bit part in this. However LinkedIn in now viewed as the biggest online tool for recruitment, and most of us have a profile picture. Is your image letting you down? Are you wearing your best colours or are you hiding away in black & grey?
You have 30 seconds to make a first impression, which can last up to 15 years. Whether you’re in the boardroom or the bar, image matters. The upshot is that you should always think carefully about what you wear but where to begin? With this in mind, I offer a range of personal styling services including colour analysis which can help anyone look their best all of the time.
