My Personal Mission for the Next 5 Years

Over the next five years, I will focus on:

• Mentoring our next generation through significant roles in AI, renewable energy, and international markets
• Building strategic alliances with global investors, policymakers, and technology partners
• Establishing the Chow Innovation Hub in New Zealand and Hong Kong/Singapore to lead regional R&D
• Launching the Chow Future Fund to invest in promising AI and clean tech ventures
• Publicly committing to measurable ESG milestones, including carbon-neutral operations and inclusive leadership
