The words hit me like a love punch to the chest!?

SO much of what Rich Litvin said landed for me, but these words resonated right through me and I felt tears in my eyes.?

It felt so powerful I had to close my eyes, bring my hands up to my face and just be in that feeling.?

What a feeling!!?

In that moment it all began to make sense.?

I knew coming into his 9 Day Virtual Intensive that I was in for a wild ride.?

I just had no idea how impactful it could be.?

Most of all, how utterly awesome, inspiring, caring, loving & supportive the beautiful people that have been drawn to him would be.?

I felt so humbled by the courage I witnessed.?

So filled with joy through the fun we’ve shared.?

So inspired by the skill and wisdom that was present.?

I’m so filled up with love because of the kindness I experienced.?

I’m so grateful for the deep connection I feel and the feedback I received about the impact of my energy & gifts.?

For the first time I’m starting to get it. To understand my gifts and believe in the gifts, the positive things others say about me.?

It is time to believe!! ??

1. Sarah Duguid - Appreciate you sharing your authentic self and encouraging others not to be afraid to do the same.?

2. Julia Dias - When I am with you, I am not with the coach, I am with Dave, I get the whole you. I don’t have to match your identity or put on a mask. Because you don’t hold back to can be here too. You create a completely open space for me to be me.?

3. Jeff (referencing the event we both attended with 300 high level leaders and coaches) - Dave, you could lead this whole event. I truly believe that. There’s something about your energy, it’s so authentic. Every conversation with you is an adventure. I would follow you and I feel invested in you.

4. Rez - I’m grateful for your honest & insightful reflections, it’s accelerated my growth.

5. Ati - Dave, you got my attention with your combination of full transparency and strength.

6. Akiko (referencing the event we both attended with 300 high level leaders and coaches) - From the minute I saw your face, I felt this connection to you. It’s a magic (or energy) you have. What came to me as we were talking is that your desire to inspire leaders, what you inspire in your audience, is already happening. I’m very much an observer and I see you and how people are responding to you. These are leaders and they are totally into your groove.

15. Tim Wigham - I noticed that you have the special gift of making one feel heard, and I certainly felt that you went out of your way to accommodate my requests and concerns. You are an immensely compassionate man with a desire to help people unleash their potential, and to help people live more authentic lives. I immediately experienced improvement in the areas you coached me to address, in line with my aspirations and goals. As a coach myself, I recognise the rigour and respect shown by you at all times.?

16. Diane Stephen - You are incredibly easy to get along with and have such a positive attitude to life that it can’t help but rub off. Your support and insight was lifesaving and completely transformed my belief in what you can achieve.

He went into work and had a long needed conversation with his boss about how uncertain he was feeling and got some clarity. He did that because of your video, it really resonated with him.

23. Ewan Cook - You offered excellent counsel and were never out of touch. Your services felt entirely bespoke to me and all of the priorities we discussed were my own. You were a fantastic pillar of support and an asset I would certainly not have been without.

If you're TIRED of being pulled in every direction, expected to solve peoples problems and have all the answers.
