The Back Story
IGM Digital has proudly become one of the leading Paid Social Media Marketing agencies in London, with a reputable and growing portfolio of luxury-brand clients within the fashion & e-commerce industries. However, as many entrepreneurs will agree, the road to success did not come easy and as a result, it took a lot of perseverance and faith in my vision as Founder of IGM, to develop the agency into what it is today.
It was during my 4 years as Head Of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce for Duke & Dexter, where I encountered many partnerships with Paid Advertising agencies and quickly became aware of how easy it was for agencies to over-promise and under-deliver on results. I had to eliminate this with IGM Digital! Founded in 2017, we’ve always promised our clients amazing results and if they weren’t hit, it would be our loss - not theirs. Why We Chose E-Commerce and Fashion
When I thought about founding a Digital Marketing firm, the first question I asked myself was, who will I help? I received a lot of advice and guidance from many other industry professionals and I was advised to start a generic Digital Marketing firm, as it would help attract clients from a range of different business sectors. So this is exactly what we did In the beginning and it was going great, but I couldn’t help but feel drawn to providing this service specifically to the fashion and e-commerce industry - two massive passions of mine.
IGM stands for Imagination Growth Marketing and our tagline is “merging technology with imagination”. I chose this because I found that other agencies I had worked with in previous client side roles, were lacking the clear understanding of the fashion world, it’s latest terms and trends. I wanted to ensure we were different, always thought outside the box and created a unique position for the IGM brand in the market.
