Look, I have nothing against buyers' agents. They're great people. They work hard. They drive a lot.

And they spend countless hours opening doors for people who just wanted to see “what’s out there.”

Meanwhile, listing agents? They’re running the show.

Let’s break it down:

When you control the listing, you control the inventory. And in real estate, inventory is everything.

It’s like owning the only water well in the desert—agents will come to you.
