Why I love working in education

I've been working in the education field for over 10 years now and I absolutely love it! There are so many reasons why I love my job, but some of the main ones include:

Working with young people, making a positive difference in their lives, being able to help develop their learning skills, improving their behaviour and learning difficulties, as well as working in the community and helping to make a difference to the lives of others.

I really enjoy seeing students develop and become more confident at school and seeing them learn and grow as learners. I also love the fact that I am able to have such a huge impact on these students' lives. Every day is different and it is never boring!

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is watching how students grow and develop and knowing that I am helping them to achieve this. Another one of my favourite things about working in education is seeing the students realise their potential and achieve their goals. It is great to see my students have successes or overcome challenges and achieve things that they did not think were possible. I liken teaching to being a gardener - we help to nurture our students and help them to grow and learn and develop their skills along the way. I also like to think that I get to help students realize their dreams and find their place in this world.

I enjoy being around students and watching them learn and discover the world around them. I also enjoy being able to work with a team of great educators and getting to know my amazing colleagues! I know that I have made a positive impact on the lives of my students and I love that I have been able to help them achieve their potential and grow as learners.

What is best about working in the education field? Working in the education field is definitely one of the most rewarding careers there is! Every day is different and there is always something new and interesting happening. It is also such a rewarding job because you are given the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of young people and help to improve their learning and behaviour. I absolutely love my job and am so grateful that I have had the opportunity to work with such awesome students! What are your favourite things about working with children?
