I spent 5 years working for Microsoft and left after producing 117% of quota and $23 million in revenue. My partners’ collective gross revenue for FY 20 was over $700 million and they grew on average 40% YOY. While wildly successful, I was asked year after year to cut partners from Managed Partner status that were clearly some of the best partners in the country. The partners that I managed were like family to me and marginalizing the impact they made really bothered me. I then left to form The Crancer Group.
