Why I lead

I am an agile leader, coach, and transformation agent. Why do I lead? Is it for the status? The money? The sense of power??

For me, the answer is “D. None of the above”. I lead because of the people. I lead to grow teams, to help develop new skills, guide them in becoming better at what they do, and find joy and purpose at work. So much of our time is spent working. As leaders, we have the obligation to lead people toward meaning, joy, and purpose.?
