Why I joined Zeren!
I've joined as a Director at Zeren as a member of the Commercial team in London, leading our Customer Success and Post-Sale hiring vertical.
Having spent almost 14 years working with early-stage, B2B SaaS companies, helping them grow their go-to-market teams, I have become deeply ingrained in my market and feel privileged to have supported many well-known Tech brands with their hiring goals.
When the opportunity to join?Zeren?came along, I was immediately excited by the prospect of being able to plug my market experience into a business with global reach, that was on a scale-up journey that reflects the Clients with whom I have worked.
I was already in a role I enjoyed and, having run my own recruitment company for 10 years prior, it was going to take something special to get me excited and feel like there was a compelling reason to move companies.
Zeren instantly felt like a great fit and the perfect platform to build on my years working in SaaS.
From the very first conversation with?Chris Preston?and subsequently?Harry Lewis?and the team, I felt a sense of real excitement around the scale of the opportunity and the alignment with where I was looking to focus – Customer Success and Operations.
Alongside managing teams and collaborating with clients on a variety of GTM roles, much of my personal recruiting time over the last six years has been in Customer Success and Post-Sale, including Sales and Revenue Operations, and I believe the opportunity to own the space as a recruiter is huge.

These are disciplines I have a real passion for, and have invested a great deal of time learning about the different models and drivers that make up a great Post-Sale function.
Through my work in CS, I have also been fortunate to have worked with great VPs and their team members, and want to continue to develop those relationships.
Zeren’s record of delivery and Client reach is second to none, and the opportunity to build a best-in-class Post-Sale vertical was too good an opportunity to miss.
