As an independent insurance broker, we can choose which insurance companies we represent and they can choose us. It is a relationship of trust, with giving the consumer the best coverage options available.

And the consumer then buys from people they get to "like, know & trust" - I know you have all heard that phase. But when one side (the insurance company) fails in the trust equation, there is no choice but to FIRE them.

In the 1st comment below, is my article on why I fired 2 insurance companies. I hope you'll read it and see that independent insurance brokers really do work on behalf of the consumer.
