Why I enjoy using Wordtune

It has been more than a year since I began writing a blog about user experience design when I shared some insights I have gained through my work. This blog is something I could not have written 5 years ago due to the fact that I am not a native English speaker. Writing correctly required tremendous effort on my part. During the last two years, I discovered many applications that utilize artificial intelligence. Wordtune is the program that I prefer more than others. In that post, I will share some insights about the program. Here are two things to note.?
I can work directly from Chrome
I work directly in Chrome with apps like Outlook, Confluence, Jira, so Wordtune serves as a helper for anything I write. So, no matter if I'm in Outlook, Confluence, or Jira, I can test any text and make it better without leaving the app.
I want to work fast
Since I write so much every day, the tool helps me to focus on the text and sharpen the message quickly. After one click, the tool presents me with many options, so I review them all and select the one that suits my message the best. It saves me the time of thinking and refining a message.
It includes 5 options
I can use the tool to write in 5 different ways - casually, formally, short, extended, and rewrite - depending on how I need to at any given time. For Example: In some cases, when I write, my feelings can influence the words and the tone of the message, however, the tool provides the option to write formally, which is extremely useful when I want to write more diplomatically.

By using shortcuts, I can save time
It has a shortcut that helps me to work faster; I can turn on CMD+D and the tool gives me options faster. This may seem like a small thing, but it makes writing much faster when you understand it.
The software fixes my misspelling
Because I am not a native English speaker, I write with misspellings. Fortunately, the tool marks the words with errors and suggests words to correct them. More than that, I can choose a block of text and it will automatically fix the words and give me different options.
More options with one click
I can ask again for more options if I am not satisfied with the suggestions. It is best to read the text again, make some changes, and then ask again for new suggestions. The algorithms will produce many new options for you.
From the point of view of a UX designer
Sometimes I have to write a microcopy for the apps I design. The tools make it easy to generate this microcopy with minimum effort.
If you want to try Wordtune, you can get it here.
