People always ask me why I do what I do, and my answer is that it brings me a great deal of joy and satisfaction to know that I have had the opportunity to help someone achieve their goals and dreams of business ownership.?
Helping People Achieve Their Goals
In a previous life, a long, long time ago, I used to work in higher education. I worked in higher ed for 14 years and it was a very satisfying job.? My satisfaction came from helping people achieve their career and financial goals through completing their education.? Today I get to help people achieve their lifestyle, professional and financial goals not to mention freedom from corporate America, through business ownership.? Not only is business ownership going to impact their individual lives, but the lives of their families, and maybe even generations to come.? Each of the clients that I have worked with over the last 11 years has been looking to business ownership to accomplish different goals.? For some it’s to be in control of their professional lives.? For others it’s to have financial freedom.? For others, it’s to create a legacy to leave for their children.? But whatever the reason is they are looking to business ownership to accomplish these goals.??

Let’s Chat
I can think of many clients that I have helped that have been miserable in their jobs and felt like they didn't have any other options. One client in particular that comes to mind was a woman who worked for a local newspaper for many years.? She had seen the paper change owners a few times and had to readjust to new leadership several times.? The last time it was sold, it was purchased by a very big corporate publication company.? Layoffs started shortly after the sale and those that were fortunate enough to have kept their job were now being micromanaged.? My client is a very independent thinker with lots of experience in newspaper sales, so you can imagine that she was not happy to be in a position where she was going to be micromanaged.? This is when she decided that the only way to make sure she was in control of her career, was to become her own boss.? After talking to me, going through my process and identifying what it is that she would like to see in her business, we were able to find her the right franchise to help her to achieve those goals.?
