Today I’m in the middle of a quick study session on the latest changes to real estate contracts. I’m constantly reading up on the latest changes, and I do this for your benefit. When buyers and sellers are looking to hire me, it’s important that they know I can answer all of their contract-related questions. If I’m asking you to sign a legally binding document, I should have my ducks in a row, right?
