Why? & How can we implement Golden Circle rule in our day-to-day life?

Just like in professional life, the Golden Circle Rule can give meaning and add a new dimension to your life. Let's see how this magic wand can bring fulfilment in your life. 

A literary genius Nissim Ezekiel in his inspiring poem ENTERPRISE  writes:

“Some were broken, some merely bent.

When, finally, we reached the place,

We hardly know why we were there.”

In one of his conclusions here, Nissim compares human life to an enterprise. Just like in a successful enterprise, in life too you need to know your goals. Just exactly what Simon says: to know why you do what you do. Before convincing people, in whatever you do, you need to convince yourself first, why you want to do that?

Else just like these pilgrims in the poem, you too would have goals and accomplishments in your hands but happiness dusted away! Their pilgrimage instead of ending in joy ends in failure and frustration. Do you know why? Because they reached where they didn't belong! 

So, Nissim on the basis of life as an enterprise and each one of us as an entrepreneur divides people into 3 categories:

1. Those who give up in between and quit their goals.
2. Those who face all challenges to fulfil their goals, but don't get happiness in their fulfilment.
3. And lastly, those who are the luckiest: they achieve their goals and are also happy in their fulfilment. 

So if you wish to be this lucky one in your life, Start With Why. 

Whether it's about where you want to work, what career you want to build, what kind of people you want to be around, whom do you wish to vote or even which type of music you want to hear or what are your priorities, start with why. It'll help a great deal in filling happiness, peace and satisfaction in your life.

If you want to be happy and successful in your personal and professional lives, Start with Why, Start with your passion. Just take care of this little thing, and the bigger things will take of themselves!
