Raja Maan I just spoke to a hotel operator I've invested with yesterday. They were looking to sell a property last year and weren't quick enough in closing the deal. Since then the valuations have traded down 15-25% and very few deals are getting done. So I assume there's lots of willing sellers but very few buyers (at least at 2022/ 2021 prices).. What are you seeing?
