There is such thing as being too inclusive: Being transparent is a laudable management quality, but there is such thing as going too far, according to the NeuroLeadership Institute’s Khalil Smith, Heidi Grant and Kamila Sip. Careers? Job seeker: I am a jack of all trades. Good at fixing any sort of problem at any level. HR person: No good to me when I am looking for a round peg for a round hole. You are a square peg, sorry. Job aeeker: Oh well, I might as well offer my advise/wisdom on Linkedin, Twitter, etc.

It's so common now to call people heroes, legends, immortals, etc. We have diluted these terms to become a common descriptor. These titles have lost their significance. What do we call them, when a real one (hero, legend, immortal) comes along?
