Why the heart is smarter than the brain..

Why do miseries occur in our lives? Why do we suffer from the victim mindset? Is something weighing down on us? Is the world not liveable by our standards?

Our heart knows the answer to all these questions and only if we can change our current stream of such negative thoughts, we can generate the energy equivalent to co-creating a real masterpiece of our lives. This is called a heart-centered living and with little conscious effort, we can bring ourselves closer to it. The purpose here is to delve deeper into how we can increase our heart intelligence so we could achieve this state of a heart-centered life.

The meaning of Heart Intelligence:

It’s not difficult to discern the relationship of the word ‘intelligence’ with the word ‘brain’. From the early ages of human history, the popular belief, ‘our brain controls our physiology’ has been drilled into us. Although, it is a partial truth, it’s also true that our heart is an auto-rhythmic organ and the heartbeat is a self-initiated process and not controlled by the brain.
