Why Health? And Why Now?
At 30, I was blessed with a diagnosis: atherosclerosis.
Yeah, you read that right. Blessed.
A 95% chance of a cardiac event in my lifetime. No known cure. Just maintenance. A ticking clock, a constant reminder.
Most people don’t get the luxury of a wake-up call before their first heart attack. I did.
What Did I Get Wrong?
By all accounts, I played the game right.
From the age of 12, I was lucky enough to get an annual physical. Before I turned 16, I already knew the deck was stacked against me.
So what did I do?
... I still ended up with cardiovascular disease.
Turns out, a six-pack doesn’t mean you’re healthy.
What Happened?
A multitude of factors, really.
The body doesn’t care how good you look in a mirror if you’re breaking it down from the inside out.
What Was Missing?
Modern healthcare is incredible—if you need surgery, antibiotics, or emergency care.
But when it comes to optimizing your health? It falls flat.
The truth? We all need a health manager.

Enter the Health Manager
At Health Optimization Medicine and Practice (HOMeHOPe), we train health managers—your personal Morpheus guiding you through the matrix of health.
These practitioners use cutting-edge sciences like metabolomics to analyze your biology at a cellular level. They stay ahead of the latest health advancements and craft personalized protocols to optimize your well-being.
Think about it like this:
The Bottom Line
At 16, I knew my health was an uphill battle.
If I had a HOMeHOPe practitioner in my corner back then, would I have avoided atherosclerosis? Maybe, maybe not.
But I would have been more energized, more resilient, and lived life with more pizzazz.
Now, I’m at the age where some of my friends are dying. Most of those had health issues. Most of those issues were preventable.
It’s heartbreaking to watch, but it’s also a wake-up call.
Health is one of those things you don’t think about—until it’s gone.
You can choose to take action now.
Health is a wonderful addiction—more presence, more energy, more joy. But in today’s world, we’re drowning in information and starving for guidance.
We need a guide.
