Why haters on LinkedIn exist!!

There are two types of people: those with an abundance mentality and those with a scarcity mentality…..By Marcus

People with an abundance mentality think there is enough to go around for everyone. Unfortunately they’re in the minority.

Those who have a scarcity mentality feel like there’s a certain amount of success to go around and someone else is achieving it. They start to look in the mirror, which frustrates them, and they also look at the person, and wonder why that person has achieved success. They believe they deserve it more than that person. They have a negative space.

I think we all have some kind of negative trolls on our posts. They troll anyone and it looks like it’s their purpose in life.

Most haters actually know something about your industry or your business, and they often come from the scarcity mentality as suggested by Marcus.

We have to look at the positive and negative tribes and depending on how you comment, it compounds who you are?! Nothing much you can do about it, but ignore it. If you try to respond to these comments, it just adds fuel to the fire, which allows the haters to take it even further and use it against you.

LinkedIn kind of professional website should never be used to criticize an employer or potential employer or anyone as a matter of fact. Nobody wants a sore loser on their team, especially one who makes it public for all their followers to see.

There is this quote by Mahatma Gandhi: “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”

You can’t make everybody happy.

It is important to work within your ethics, values and community guidelines.

Valuable insights into the human behavior and traits. Attitude, all said and done is the driving force, used properly helps reach destiny, gone berserk will be linked in hate.

To be positive thinking: never consider haters comments. It’s better to Work hard in silence and let your success be your noise (shadows cannot exist without light)
