Why Hard Work...?

Why Hard Work...?

A man started reading at 7, and at the age of 12 his college librarian says there is no book left in this library which you haven’t read yet on your favorite topic. And he continues to do so and soon he started applying that knowledge in real life. Soon he stated applying practically the knowledge he gained from 100's of books. He plan to strengthen his knowledge he gained from the books over the years and he made his investments in stocks. Yes, the field he was reading on from the years was “Stock Market Investments” that “How to invest in Stock Market”. Here two most important thing happens for anyone to be successful in his life, first the field he was studying from the age of 7 is very well suited to his personality and secondly he stepped in at very early age. As he enjoyed the process so keep trading stocks again and again so the third step called reps and sets also coincide with his success, but keep in its not luck that keep him going and pave his ways to success rather its fucking hard work. A great saying goes that, who can predict the future well, who has written his future with his own hands. He continues to work for minimum of 40 years very strongly believing thatthere is absolutely no substitute of hard workHe continues achieving his goal and continues to step up the ladder step by step and he continues for so long that at the age 57 he become billionaire. Till now you must have guessed the person as well, right? Yes, richest man in the world, his parents named him as Warren Buffet.

Same goes with the Grant Cardone. He was like a gangster even at the age of 25. But once he committed to success then he becomes unstoppable. In an interview he told that I never came home without closing some deals, and if once I ever appeared at home without closing some deal and she kick me out that you are not allowed to come home without hunting, or making any clients” so I came went back to work and made some money then at 11:30 pm went home and at that day we had a child. he first found his passion and continue to do so for years even decades same reps and sets, repeat enough times that your subconscious mind get trained. Because of continuation of the same process over the years now he is almost billionaire. It takes him almost 30 years to be successful. This 30 years he been working like his first day, as all the entrepreneur do he has to work on the business for minimum of 30 years, the 30 years with 18 hours of work every single day believing very strongly on the principle that “There is no substitute of hard work”.

hard work is the key to be successful and to be billionaire, work ethic

Let’s do an analysis with ourselves, look around any successful person you know well, it could be anyone more successful than you are. And then look at his daily activities or ask him about his success principles. The number one thing he will be doing is doing the work, doing the hard work. And upon asking him about his success principles he must say, “You have to do the work man”.

Let me tell you it’s literally impossible to have something from nothing, how can we even think about that anything can be build from nothing how man? Impossible! Let’s do an experiment, place your cell phone on the right side of you and order it to move or say to GOD “Hey GOD please move it to left side of you” or think, think hard to move it to left side of you. Let me tell you guys, you can’t because it couldn’t be done unless you provide the necessary condition to move. Simplest way is pick the phone with your right hand and place it to your left side, easy right? But think again, you know how many calculation been done in your mind? While you replace your phone to your left your mind calculated the weight, the force required, the size of your phone and so many other things. So think man if your phone can not move without anything, how you can think to get a good job or building a personality brand or building a great or even small company without struggle? Impossible man! Literally impossible! Believe me impossible but without struggle. Why I focus on struggle on so much, why I repeat this thing that we should have the work ethic, we should love the grind, even we should love to learn the grind, why I am saying that we should focus on the process instead of the end result? Because now in this era, at this stage of the world the creation of personal brand or creation of big companies is easy than ever before because now at this stage all the recipes are available, all the paths are given, all the processes been defined by very experts, all the things are tested and proven. So what we need to do is just refine things and use them according to our circumstances and conditions. Or in the worst case what I am sure about if we struggle and hustle and do things, not right things just do things we can figure out the way out to be successful. So what we had to do the things. What we all lack in just the execution of the processes not the exact strategies. Let me tell you boys there are thousands of people out there to help you to get out of the trouble we never tried. Seriously we never tried, what we just need to is just try things just do things, just come out and work.

As the famous saying from M. Rumi goes:

“As you start to walk on the way, the way appears”

It’s absolutely true, literally it’s true. I can’t stress anymore that we just have to start, the way would automatically appears and it does. And again if you do work, work hard, enough work you must be get paid.
